구매자가 온라인에서 다운로드하여 사용할 수 있는 상품입니다.
전자책, 온라인 클래스, 도안, 배경화면 이미지, 보이스 팩 등 다양한 형식의 디지털 상품을 판매할 수
있습니다.
마플샵에서 판매된 상품에 대한 정산은
매월 1일 업데이트됩니다.
전월 1일부터 말일까지의 정산 금액이 마플샵 스튜디오의 정산 관리 > 출금 신청 페이지에 반영되며,
최소 출금 가능 금액은 1만 원입니다.
출금 신청 가능 기간은 매월 1일부터 10일까지로 이 기간에 신청한 금액은 당월 20일에서 25일 사이에
입금됩니다.
신청 마감 후인 매월 11일부터 말일까지의 신청 건은 다음 달로 자동 이월되어 다음 달에 입금됩니다.
크리에이터배송 상품의 주문이 접수되었을 때 마플샵 스튜디오의 상품 판매 > 주문 관리에서 신규 주문을
확인할 수 있습니다.
신규 주문의 상세 정보(주문, 수령인, 배송지 등) 확인 후
상품 발송은 직접 준비해주세요.
배송 관리 페이지에서 주문을 확인하고 준비하는 ‘상품준비중’ 단계를 거쳐, 운송장 정보 입력과 함께
‘배송중’ 단계로 변경할 수 있습니다.
배송 관리 페이지에서 택배사와 운송장 정보 입력 시, 구매자에게 배송 출발 알림이 발송됩니다.
